Sustainability Policy
A] Sustainability Protocol:
(i) MORE is environmentally responsible, so it practices the reuse of paper in its offices, under conditions of confidentiality, ensuring that the reused resource does not contain confidential information for MORE and its customers.
ii) Zero paper policy: Since 2010, MORE started to drastically replace the use of paper in surveys by developing its own online survey platform.
iii) Since 2017, we have had as a policy the digitization of field data collection tools.
iv) The company’s goal for 2025 is to measure its carbon footprint in order to implement internal mitigation measures to reduce its C02.
B] Protocol of good social and sustainable practices for our customers: Our sustainability culture with our customers, from 2023 MORE adheres to the policy of its Partner Strategir of France to develop and promote a sustainability index among customers, based on 3 pillars: human health dimension, planet care dimension and ethical dimension.
C] Marketing Ethics Protocol: Since our inception, MORE has developed a work philosophy, organizational mission and values oriented to offer fair treatment to employees and suppliers, in order to ensure a high level of satisfaction and the best quality of service for our customers. To this end, we offer fair pay, continuous training, respectful treatment and integrity. We adhere to the Esomar Code of Ethics to protect the confidentiality of our clients and informants. In addition, because we are in an industry that generates information and knowledge for the general public and/or our clients, we keep our marketing communications as accurate as possible, reflecting our values and commitment to developing our people and community.
